“Up to 24 months” is the maximum for eligible models. It does not mean every battery has 24-month cover. Confirm the written period on your invoice or warranty card before purchase.
How to request support
Keep your invoice and battery details. Send battery photos, purchase date, vehicle model and a description of the issue on WhatsApp for review and inspection.
